About Us

DermDental is a trading name for Vestso Ltd (Company No: 09809304 Registered in England)

Our Services

At DermDental, we provide private dermatology and dental care. Please be aware that any recommendations for interventions or treatments will align with the expert opinions of our clinicians. We strive to provide the best care, but we cannot guarantee specific outcomes from consultations or treatments.

Contract

We will provide private dermatology and dental services, as defined under ‘Our Services’ above, and within the scope of our clinical practice, to ‘You’, the patient.

Liability

DermDental is not responsible for any financial losses, including lost profits, or any indirect or consequential damages related to the goods or services it provides. It is your duty to disclose all relevant medical information during each consultation or treatment. DermDental is not liable for any harm resulting from your failure to do so. Additionally, you agree to follow all instructions and recommendations given by DermDental regarding your care.

Cancelling or Rescheduling an Appointment

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you must do so at least 24 working hours in advance to receive a refund of your prepayment or commitment fee. If you fail to cancel or reschedule within this timeframe, you will forfeit your payment. The cancellation policy applies universally, with no exceptions. Additionally, a fee may be charged for cancellations or missed appointments.

Repetitive Cancellations

Please note that if you cancel more than two consecutive appointments, any further bookings will be considered non-cancellable and non-refundable. Additionally, prepayment for these appointments must be made in full via bank transfer only. Thank you for your understanding.

Arriving For Your Appointments

Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your appointment to complete the required paperwork. If you are late, your appointment time may be shortened and may require to be rescheduled and the reschedule will be in-keeping with the cancellation and rescheduling clause above. This enables us to be fair for the patient(s) that are booked in after you.

Fees

Fees for consultations, investigations, and treatments are reviewed periodically and may change without prior notice. The applicable price will be the one in effect on the date the service is provided, unless a valid written fixed-fee care plan has been agreed upon.

Letter(s) 

For dermatology , at the end of each consultation and follow-up, the clinician/consultant will update your GP and referrer about your consultation or treatment. The practice will also send the copy to you via email or post.
For dental, the practice will update the dentist/clinician who has referred you and send the copy to you via email or post.

Payment

You agree to pay for the services according to the fee schedule outlined on this website. Consultations, investigations, and treatments must be prepaid, while injectable treatments require a commitment fee. Prices for services will be provided in advance following a consultation.
You will have 14 days cooling-off period after payment in order for us to refund any commitment fee.
Unless stated otherwise, procedure fees do not include additional hospital charges.

DermDental does not handle any payment from a private medical insurer or third party. Any reimbursement must be handled directly by yourself with your insurer. Our contract is exclusively with you, not any third party. Upon request, we will provide a receipt and your clinic report for submission to your insurer. Additional documentation, such as letters, may incur a fee.

Late or Rebounded Payment

Interest on overdue invoices is charged at an annual rate of 8% plus the Bank of England base rate and applies after 14 days have passed since the consultation or treatment. DermDental reserves the right to impose a £10 administration fee for late or returned payments, along with any reasonable debt recovery expenses incurred.

Refund

Refunds for cancellation are issued only if the cancellation complies with our policy. Any pre-order medications, materials especially implants and sedation will be subjected to a commitment fee. If the medications and materials  has been ordered, the commitment fee will not be refunded, if you decided to cancel. You will have 14 days cooling-off period after payment in order for us to refund any commitment fee.
Any refunded amount will be returned via the original payment method used for the transaction.

Membership

Membership is strictly non-transferable, and no monetary or compensation will be provided for discounts, rewards, or perks. We strive to ensure participating stores and services to honour these perks; however, we cannot be held accountable for the amounts of discounts, offers, rewards and perks provided or not provided. We strive to maintain an up-to-date list of participating stores, and outlets to the best of our ability.

Debt Collection and Fraud

Information may be shared with third parties, including debt collection agencies, to recover outstanding debts or other expenses. If a debt collection agency is engaged, you may be responsible for any additional costs incurred.
