Purpose
This policy outlines our approach to addressing modern slavery and human trafficking, and sets out our expectations for employees, suppliers, and partners.

Scope
This policy applies to all employees, suppliers, and partners of DermDental, including:

- Employees: All staff members, including full-time, part-time, and contract employees.
- Suppliers: All third-party suppliers, contractors, and vendors who provide goods or services to DermDental
- Partners: All business partners, including joint venture partners and collaborators.

Responsibilities
- DermDental will:
    - Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential modern slavery and human trafficking risks in our business operations and supply chains.
    - Implement measures to mitigate identified risks, including training employees and suppliers.
    - Monitor and review our policies and procedures to ensure they are effective in preventing modern slavery and human trafficking.
- Employees will:
    - Familiarize themselves with this policy and report any concerns or suspicions of modern slavery or human trafficking.
    - Cooperate with DermDental's efforts to prevent modern slavery and human trafficking.
- Suppliers and partners will:
    - Comply with this policy and ensure that their own business practices are fair, transparent, and respectful.
    - Report any concerns or suspicions of modern slavery or human trafficking to DermDental.

All reports will be treated confidentially and investigated promptly.

Training and Awareness
DermDental will provide training and awareness programs for employees to help them understand the risks of modern slavery and human trafficking and how to report concerns.

Supply Chain Due Diligence
DermDental will conduct regular due diligence on our supply chain to identify and mitigate potential risks of modern slavery and human trafficking.

Policy Review
This policy will be reviewed annually, or more frequently if necessary, to ensure it remains effective and compliant with relevant laws and regulations.
