Simple Restorative: £81.20
Up to 3 teeth which only require simple fillings and / or extractions*. Example Scenario 1 Mr Otter has subscribed to DermDental annual membership. At his annual check-up, he requires 2 fillings on a molar and an incisor. He also require a simple extraction on his lower molar. As Mr Otter has his active membership, all the treatment on his three teeth for above will cost him £81.20 Scenario 2 Mrs Yin has an active DermDental annual membership. At her routine annual check-up, she requires repair on 2 of her molars teeth. The treatment for these two teeth will cost Mrs Yin £81.20 * Exclude surgical extraction
Essential 1
Complex Restorative : £398.60
Up to 3 teeth which require crowns or onlays; resin-based crowns^ Scenario 3 Mr Danke has subscribed to DermDental annual membership. At his annual check-up, he has broken a large filling on his lower right molar and it requires a crown. He has agreed to a resin-based crown. As Mr Danke has his active membership, the crown will only cost him £398.60 Scenario 4 Ms Begum has an active DermDental annual membership. At her routine annual check-up, she requires crowns on 2 of her incisor teeth. She has agreed to resin-based crowns. The treatment for these two teeth will cost Ms Begum £398.60 ^ material mainly composite or acrylic resin

Essential 1
The Essentials can be combined with incremental of up to 3 teeth at a time based on the description of the Essential 1 and Essential 2. Scenario 5 Mr Obuke has subscribed to DermDental annual membership. At his annual check-up, he has broken a large filling on his lower right molar and it requires a crown. He has a retained root which require extraction and he requires 2 fillings on his left upper molars. He has agreed to a resin-based crown. As Mr Obuke has his active membership, the cost for all of the 4 teeth are £81.20 (2fillings on his left upper molars and an extraction on retained root) + £398.60 (crown on his lower right molar)= £479.80 Scenario 6 Ms Smith has just signed up for DermDental annual membership. At her check-up, she requires 5 fillings on her molars teeth. She also requires to replace her crown on her front incisor and has agreed to a resin-based crown. For this instance, the cost of treatment for all the 6 teeth will be £81.20 (Essential 1 :first 3 teeth fillings) + £81.20 ( Essential 1: subsequent 2 teeth fillings) + £398.60 (Essential 2: an incisor crown)= £561
